Altared Plans is an online marketplace where users can list, browse, or buy reserved wedding packages, including venue dates, vendor services, wedding décor, and apparel.
We do not own, manage, or control the bookings, vendors, or products. We are a third-party platform facilitating connections between buyers and sellers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
4. Listings and Transactions
- Sellers may post available pre-booked wedding services, packages, décor, or apparel for sale.
- Buyers can browse, contact sellers, and arrange to take over bookings or purchase goods.
- We display the first name and last initial of users on public listings.
- Altared Plans is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, shipping, or disputes.
We strongly recommend both parties conduct their own due diligence before completing any transaction.
5. Fees
Some services or listing features may be subject to a service fee or premium upgrade cost, which will be clearly disclosed. Altared Plans reserves the right to change fees at any time with notice.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund policies for services or goods must be agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. Altared Plans does not issue refunds for third-party services or booking transfers.
7. Shipping & Delivery (For Physical Items)
- Seller Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for packaging and shipping any physical goods (e.g., wedding décor or apparel) sold on the Platform.
- Shipping Costs: Any applicable shipping costs must be disclosed in the listing or agreed upon by both parties before purchase.
- Lost or Damaged Items: Altared Plans is not liable for any items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Sellers must communicate shipping timelines clearly to buyers.
- Returns and Exchanges: Sellers must outline their return/exchange policy in each listing. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Infringe upon the rights of others.
- Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Altared Plans or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or use it without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Altared Plans is not liable for:
- Any financial loss related to bookings, transactions, shipping, or vendor issues.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers.
- User-generated content or errors in listings.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
